If you are having to pay for warfarin, an anticoagulant, on prescription and it is the only medication that you take, why not talk to your GP about a switch to low dose aspirin, an antiplatelet, which can be bought over the counter for considerably less, and does a similar job in preventing blood clots, although of course that may not be medically possible.
l would have a talk with your GP or Pharmacist. I believe there are certain benefits etc. that you can claim and prescription exemption. I think it depends on your diagnosis.
